I can tell you that in my experience that the last thing that I ever think about is whether or not I am drinking enough water while being a college student.
This last semester I was taking 15 credit hours and as a Data Science Student and majority of my college classes were STEM focused with three classes being coding classes and it was SOOO draining and I was very negligent with my physical health in all ways.
I understand that is is seriously just the reality of being a college student and it is important to really set yourself up and take care of health by maintaining a healthy habit of hydrating your body throughout the day in between your classes and even during your classes ( yay! to access of eating in college).
